Incorporating Active Living Principles into the Territory Plan – consultation and drop-in session
The ACT Government is seeking comments on Draft Variation to the Territory Plan number 348.  This DV proposes to  incorporate active living principles into the Territory Plan. Active living is seen as a way of life where people integrate organised and/or informal physical activity into their everyday lives and routines. Active Travel is defined as physical activity undertaken as a means of transport and not purely as a form of recreation. The government is offering a presentation and drop-in briefing session on Tuesday 31 January 2017 from 4 pm to 6 pm in the Ground Floor North Building Function Room. More…
