On the 5th January the National Capital Authority released Draft Amendment 102 – Hume Circle Precinct, under which it proposes to take over planning control from the Territory and rezone to allow for 15 storey development. The NCA’s deadline for comment is 3 February. We have asked for an extension in view of the very limited time allowed for consultation.
