The 2012 Annual General Meeting of the ISCCC was held at the Eastlake Football Club on Tuesday 27 November 2012 at 7pm. All were welcome to attend.

1. “Our changing suburbs – what, when and how and why don’t I know about it?” presented by Craig Simmons from the Environment and Sustainable Development Directorate, ACT Government
2. “A proposal to re-zone the majority of the blocks included within Section 19 Forrest, from a mix of existing zonings comprising Commercial CZ6 (three blocks); Residential RZ1 (two existing multi unit developments) and a single block zoned as Community Facility CFZ; to a uniform Commercial CZ5 – Mixed Use zone across all six blocks” presented by Claire Middleton ACT Planners. (Note: the area involved includes, and is in the area of, the Italo Australian Club).
