The tender documents should be ready to give to the short listed proponents by late October/early November with a current target date for selection of a ‘preferred’ tenderer of April 2017. While the Brickworks Community Panel will continue to meet with the LDA and the proponents during the coming months, we (the YRA) have been assured that there will be broad community consultation when the preferred tenderer is working on an Estate Development Plan in the second half of 2017. The final approval of the Estate Development Plan is targeted for mid-2018.
